OFF-SEASON FOOTBALL SCHEDULE

Weight Training

Summer Weigh Room:  We will lift as a team this summer.  
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM or 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

We expect every player to get 80 days of lifting in from March 1st through August 14th.  This is our goal as a team.  Players that get 80 days will be rewarded with first choice of equipment, lockers, uniform numbers, etc.  All players (even freshmen) will get first choice of equipment if they have more lifting days than other players.  Lifting days this year will also determine if the player travels to Idaho for the Rocky Mountain Rumble.

Spring & Summer Practices
May:  Tuesday mornings at 7:00 AM in the gym

Spring Camp
May 25, 26, 27 & June 1, 2, 3 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
This is a non contact instructional camp to prepare for Mesa State team camp.  This will be for all 9 - 12 grade players.  9th graders who perform well will be invited to the Mesa State Team Camp.

Team Camp
Mesa State College June 15 - 18th.  Cost $225.00.  $100.00 deposit due by May 14.

7on7
Practices and games every Tuesday at 6:00 PM during the summer.  Varsity will be in the Air Force Tournament June 19.  Elizabeth will host a tournament July 10.

Fall Camp
The 9th Annual Elizabeth Football Camp will be held the week of August 9 - 12.  Cost is $40 per athlete.

Fall Practice
Mandatory Fall practices begin August 16. We will practice Monday through Saturday through August 28.
